Condi learns to have fun
The new, popular face of Rice
Seen HERE

The Calcutta India newspaper THE TELEGRAPH posted this news story about Condi today. I am so glad she is getting out. The subtitle is "The new, popular face of Rice." As opposed to her old unpopular face? What are they saying?

This
grrrl works hard to be popular and is largely unappreciated for it. Vampire fangs unfortunately just cut into one's social life.

The Telegraph also reported that while in Chile:
Rice was photographed strumming a small guitar given to her by Bolivian President Evo Morales after the coca farmer had discussed drug policy.

Rice’s aides were horrified to find out that real coca leaves, the ingredient used to make cocaine, were lacquered onto the instrument. The guitar never made it onto the plane from Chile.
Her aides never let her have any fun. What, did they think she was going to smoke the guitar? Airport security would bust her? That she would come up positive for coke on one of the monthly drug tests that they give everyone in the White House?

And I'm sure someone could do a reactive investigative piece on the dangers of Chilean guitars with coca lacquered into the finish that are making their way into this country.

Except that these kinds of stories don't often make it into mainstream American press.

I'm curious about why Evo Morales gave it to her in the first place. Was he trying to get her busted, or just embarrassed? Surely he understands about the War on Drugs in this country. Just Say No to cocaine in the lacquer of guitars.
